Meet the team

Different disciplines. One company.

Tharos brings together people from science, medicine, veterinary practice, nutrition, business and animal health. That mix of perspectives is part of how we work.

The people behind Tharos

Expertise matters. Collaboration matters more.

The strength of Tharos comes from combining people who understand different parts of the same problem — science, veterinary medicine, nutrition, commercialisation and company building.

Building the company around the science.

The advantage of collaboration

Nobody sees the whole problem alone.

A gastroenterologist may ask a different question from a biochemist. A veterinarian may see a different practical problem from a nutritionist. And a commercial team has to understand whether the resulting science can become a product people can realistically use.

Tharos deliberately brings those perspectives together. The value is not simply the expertise of each individual, but what happens when those disciplines work on the same problem.

01 Ask better questions.
02 Challenge assumptions.
03 Make the science useful.
Science is collaborative. So is Tharos.

The company continues to work with veterinary practices, researchers, nutritionists and animal-health professionals beyond the core Tharos team, expanding the expertise applied to each research and product-development programme.

Work with Tharos

The team extends beyond Tharos.

Our research and product-development programmes are strengthened by collaboration with people and organisations outside the core Tharos team. Good science benefits from bringing the right expertise around the same problem.
